!Allergy Warning!
My partner and I own a cat and dogs. My partner’s dogs are not within my work space, however, my clothing may have dog dander and hair remnants on them. My cat utilizes my work space daily and therefore her dander and hair will be more prevalent within my work space.
I wash and sanitize, to the best of my ability, all fursuits before they are boxed and shipped out to reduce contamination, however, this does not guarantee they are free from pet dander or hair. Please keep these factors in mind as you consider commissioning me.
Order Process
• You MUST be over 18 to commission me for a suit. You must submit a government issued photo I.D with your name, face, and birthday before proceeding with a commission.
• I will negotiate and discuss your commission details with you and we’ll make an accurate quote of your fursuit. However, please refer to my pricing guide for get an idea for how much your suit will be. I need to know all details and any features you want to add to your suit in order to provide an accurate quote. (Indoor feet, zip on feet paws, etc.)
• I require a clear reference of your desired character, I will not make you one for an extra fee. It is preferred that your reference sheet has a front, side, and back view of your character and any visual information you cannot see such as feet, paw pads, tongue/mouth color etc. I work from your reference images and detailed information to create your commission. If you see WIPs and want tweaks or small adjustments along the way, I will accommodate, within reason. For larger changes I may ask for a fee.
• If you’re commissioning a fullsuit I require a duct tape dummy (DTD) in order to ensure the suit fits you accurately. Please refer to the directions later in the terms of service (TOS) for how to make a proper DTD.
• Before starting your commission I will communicate with you to discuss fur choice for your suit. If this is a bodysuit commission to a matching fursuit head or partial, be aware that fur availability (ie.out of stock fur) will affect how long it will take to finish the suit.
• Please keep in mind that there may not always be an exact fur color that matches your reference sheet, there are only so many fur colors.
• I will provide Work in Progress (WIPs) photos during the construction process. Some WIPs will need your approval before I can continue working so please be diligent about responding :). Please understand that as of right now fursuit making is not my full time job, please do not pester me for fursuit updates. I will provide WIPs when I am able.
• I reserve the right to terminate any commission for any reason at any point in the process.
Payments and Payment Plans
• I ONLY accept Paypal at this time and ALL prices are in USD.
I will ask for your Paypal email and send an invoice for payment.
• Priority will be given to those who can pay the suit in full right away, however, I accept payment plans for no more than 5 months.
• I require a 30% down payment if you are not paying in full.
• You must have at least 80% of the total paid before I start work on your suit.
• State sales tax is added to every purchase. This rate is 7% and is not negotiable.The total you are quoted is not including sales tax and will be added to the invoice. Sales Tax is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• You will be required to uphold your payment due dates. Missing more than 2 payment due dates without prior contact will result in me canceling your commission. Please reach out to me if you need an extension on your payments.
Refunds
• Cancellations will only be accepted before I buy the materials. Beyond this point there won't be any chance for refunds whatsoever.
In case the cancellation is done before I buy the materials, 70% will be refunded with no exceptions.
I WILL NOT
• I will not work with a specified deadline.Your commission is not guaranteed by the completion time that I give you (ex. 3-5 months), it is likely to be completed within that time.
• I will not make suits with crotch zippers.
I will not make a suit with cultural attire that may be inappropriate (Tribal Wear, Eagle Feathers, etc.)
• I will not make characters that are copyrighted
• I will not allow commissions that use NFT's or AI Generated artwork as your character/reference.
Warranty
• All suits are covered by a 90 day free repair warranty, however, the commissioner pays for shipping both ways.
• If you wish for me to repair your suit outside of the 90 day warranty please contact me so we can discuss as you may be required to pay for materials as well.
NSFW activity will void the 90 warranty and are not eligible for repairs due to concern for my health and safety.
• I am NOT responsible for any damage done to your suit from poor maintenance, rough housing, or you purposefully damaging the suit. Please take care of your suit.
• I am not responsible for any injuries that occur while in the suit. Please fursuit with caution.
Turn Around Time
• The construction process can take up to 1-5 months.
• Times of work are decided by me. I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, but if you need the commission for a certain date it must be commissioned in time, and I will let you know if it is possible.
Things That Can Delay Turnaround Time
• Not sending your measurements and DTD in a timely fashion
• Not responding to email or pm's communications in a timely fashion
• Changes to designs or add-ons mid-way through commission
• Delays with payments
Deadlines & Shipping
• Fursuit commissions are shipped through a company of my choice. I am not responsible for any damages, loss or delays. If your suit is damaged during shipping I will gladly make repairs once the suit is shipped back to me.
• If a fursuit is lost in transit, I am not responsible for its loss. However, all packages are insured for the full price of the suit and we can discuss options such as a refund or remake of the suit.
• Shipping is always paid for by the commissioner. Repairs or finished product shipping must be paid for by the commissioner.
Duct Tape Dummy (DTD)
• The finished fursuit is only as good as the DTD provided. Please follow my specific requirements when commissioning me.
• The entire body including up the neck, over the pits, start of the hands (not your fingers), and feet must be covered well and attached to the duct tape dummy.
• Please ensure your arms are posed like a “T” rather than an “A” pose. “A” pose DTD will result in a fursuit that makes it difficult to raise your arms.
• Use saran wrap or a painter's suit to tape over. DO NOT USE any stretchy fabrics or materials that will soak up sweat, I will not accept DTD made that way.
• Use durable duct tape so your DTD will not fall apart.
Ship the DTD to the provided address. Fold or roll the DTD like clothes and ship in a box or reinforced mailer.

Style Info
I am looking to make fursuits heads with muzzles that do not stick out from the face much, rather the length points downward. Please look at example photos for an idea of what I mean. For body suits I’m looking to make regular digitigrade body suits. Nothing too slim/detailed or too big and more kimono style. I do not mind making suits that do not fit my preferences, however, when choosing what commissions I take on these will factor into what commissions I decide to take over others. I will NOT copy another maker’s style. I may ask you compile some references for me to work off of, however, if you ask me to completely change everything to match another makers style I do not wish to work like that and may cancel the commission.
